To design and build a FLOOD CONTROL SOLUTION to solve the decades of flood problems in Metro Manila and flood-prone areas. The results of FLOOD CONTROL SOLUTION will provide:

- Flood zero in the Philippines, the capacity to subside flood in minutes

- To recharge depleted and damaged GROUNDWATER Aquifer

- To use GROUNDWATER to absorb heavy volumes of surface flood water 

- To resolve water pollution / hazardous waste in Manila Bay and other coastal areas.

To construct a flood chamber (catch basin), and install a bore well injection and filtration system for artificial recharging of Aquifer Groundwater (flood water will be injected in the groundwater instead of flowing into the river)

Recharging and Recovery of Groundwater Aquifer

Despite massive urbanization (rapid growth of infrastructure and population) land, the solution brings back the natural water cycle of continuous movement of water around the world through the processes of evaporation, transpiration, condensation, precipitation, run-off, infiltration, and percolation.

Environment contribution, the Utility Model helps to supplement and declining condition of Aquifer Groundwater due to urbanization and massive deep well expansion in the area, prior to injecting / recharging the Groundwater with flood water it will pass through the Filtration treatment to ensure free from contaminants i.e. organic, inorganic and ionic metals allowing only water quality effluent parameters are injected in the Aquifer Groundwater.
